FET PROCESS

Can anyone explain exactly how a FET process actually works? I just completed my first round of IVF and according to my nurse my doctor recommended a freeze all cycle. I have an appointment with my nurse when my next cycle starts but she didnt really explain how FET works. She sent me the calendar below. Does this resemble your FET process? Which cycle day do they actually transfer the embryo?
