How old is your baby? How many naps a day? And how long are they usually? Where do the naps take place?

My baby is 14 weeks, naps probably 3-4 times a day. Naps are anywhere between 20 mins to 1 hour. Feel like this might be a bit too little. She falls asleep on her bouncer and then move her to crib or sometimes swing. If she naps on the swing her naps are much longer. But don't want her to get used to swing naps.
