Covid and pumping / nursing

My job wants me back in June and I’m so scared of getting covid I work in healthcare and lots of risk for exposureZ

Anyone figured out how to pump thru wearing a gown and all that PPE and not go crazy thinking you could be contaminated with covid or worse pumping milk and contaminating it and giving it to your baby v I am terrified about giving covid to my baby and it’s making my anxiety about returning to work much worse but I really don’t know how to safelt pump in a pandemic when covid could be in the air around me 🙇🏽‍♀️pumping at work is hard enough already
