Could I still be preganant?

On May 28th I took a pregnancy test at 6:45am and the results came back positive 😱 I was in shock lol because I’ve taken tests before and they would always come back negative. Well as the morning was passing I had the urge to go to the restroom again but this time as I wiped i noticed I had somewhat what of a discharge, kinda like the one you can get right before your period and I thought to myself “well then I guess false alarm” but I went to the store to buy another pregnancy test. First Respond comes with 3 so I thought it would be best if I just went ahead and buy it. Well second time around came and POSITIVE again, so just to be sure again I did another one and POSITIVE again. At this point I went into a clinic and explained what was going on which I have just missed my period by 1 day. They did the urine pregnancy test and POSITIVE but I needed bloodwork done so that I can know what really was going on since on and off as I wiped I kept seeing brown spots. Well I ended up in the hospital for bloodwork and ultrasound. They weren’t able to see anything on ultrasound and the bloodwork came back low but the doctor said either I was early on my pregnancy and that’s why the blood level of HCG was low or I had a miscarriage without me knowing it. So that in a couple of days the blood level goes up that meant I am pregnant 🤰🏻but if they go down means I had a miscarriage 🥺

Now my question is this....my husband asked me if I could please just take the last pregnancy test I had (which is #4) so I did but now the first line of the pregnancy test is light does that mean that the blood level of HCG is going down and that’s why it came out so light? Which means I probably did have a miscarriage??
