Twins? Huge baby?

This is my second pregnancy and I can already feel my uterus above my pelvic bone. Sometimes I even wonder whether I feel the baby move or if I’m just crazy, but I’m only 7+3 right now. 
My first pregnancy I didn’t feel my uterus or anything until at least 12-13 weeks from what I can remember. 
I know you show earlier with your second, but this just seems insanely early. 
Has anyone ever experienced this, so early on? Did you have twins, or just a huge baby?

Didn't have twins or a huge baby but my uterus could be felt above my pubic bone by 7 weeks. It's normal to get bigger earlier with your second because of muscle memory it doesn't take the uterus as long to expand because it knows what it's doing basically

It’s just muscle memory. With twins, your uterus is still far below your pelvis that early on.

I actually have a diverted uterus (its off center and tilted forward) so it could be felt around 8 weeks. After I gave birth and they checked my fundus the doctor said my uterus may have moved more since childbirth can slightly alter the position of it. I had one baby and she was only 7lbs.
