My period is late... by 4 days.
I have two apps to track my periods, Fitbit and Glow. They've both been relatively accurate, maybe a day or two early on the predictions. My boyfriend and I have had unprotected and protected sex during the time from my last period, but it would include him not finishing commonly or just for a few seconds. (Yes ik, still highly risky.) We still pull out, even with condoms on.
I don't know what to do. Yes, ik it can be late because of the stress with all the chaos in today's world or even just anxiousness about all my senior activities. But I think the worst. Is there any ways to jump start my period? Sounds stupid, I'm aware. I know that vigorous exercise, vitamin c, and even cheese can help... I just need ideas. I have one cheap dollar store pregnancy test, but I don't want to use it and then my period comes that day. Ya know? Plus with all the chaos, I can't really go out to stores in my area for more tests. I also can't really go to a planned parenthood or anything to seek advice or resources (again, because of everything going on). Worst timing ever. What can I do? Please help.
