Bartholin Cyst?

So this is probably really gross but a week ago my OB Doctor discovered I have a cyst. She said that it's the size of a quarter. I personally did not know it was even down there. (Shows how much I pay attention to my body) She informed me that it's nothing to worry about unless it starts hurting or gets bigger then I will have to get it cut open and drained. She said its hard for her to check my cervix with it but not impossible and it will be alittle harder to give birth to my son and even have sex. I've never had this problem before and the reason I know that is because I get Pap smears regularly. So this is new with my pregnancy. Well I felt it the other day because she told me to keep an eye on it and it feels like it's getting bigger. My next appointment is the 18th and I'm going to inform my doctor that I think it's gotten bigger. But my question is has any women experienced this before and if so how did you get rid of it? Has it ever came back from last time?
