I think hemmorhoids?

Question

So after some Googling, I think I have an external hemmorhoid 😭 I've never so much as had a yeast infection or UTI before, but my sister says it can be common in pregnancy. It's so painful I went from wiping to dabbing to using water. Haven't been constipated, but I definitely sit A LOT for work. Called and switched tomorrow's virtual prenatal appointment to an in-person appointment with my doctor. She'll have a look for me, but if I'm right anyone else here have any advice or experience with this?

Oh man I’m sorry.. I’ve had them on and off for two years since having my first.. are you bleeding at all? It definitely sounds like it’s hemorrhoids if you are in pain when wiping. Mine eventually start bleeding and make it painful to have a bowel movement. It’s definitely common to get them during pregnancy or from delivery bc there is so much more pressure and blood flow around that area. Witch Hazel pads are a life saver for external ones. Also I’ve found that coconut oil helps shrink them and reduce inflammation from them.

You will know if you have one. I knew immediately. Mine started about 2 weeks ago. There is a ball like thing attached to you butt. Lol, its gross but it feels like a grape. Id you do have one you'll want to medicate it anyways so you'll have to touch it. My doc said its just from pressure of baby and won't go away until after birth   even with medication. I use prep h and tucks pads and cream. Also I use a baby wipe now when going #2 to make sure I'm getting it clean.

So, apparently not a hemorrhoid... I got it removed and it's being sent off for pathology. Trying not to let my mind go to the worst. Choosing not to tell my husband or family until I have the results. It's such a weird time in our world, I don't want to add unnecessary stress to anyone's lives.

I gave myself H’s a few years ago from exercising too hard 😂😭😭😭 did a huuuuge squat/walk challenge, and then a day later 😬😬😬 no fun, and it took at least a week for them to go away. I used preparation H, and that helped the pain and discomfort right away. The pain didn’t last for days, just the H’s themselves.

I’ve had theM twice this pregnancy. They suck but just have your ob give you the cream prescription. It helps a ton, it got rid of mine in a couple days. I’ve never had them before and never had them while pregnant with my son and I’m not a fan

I started getting them during my first pregnancy and will occasionally get them every now and again. Witch hazel wipes, preparation H and a sitz bath will help it comfort. 
Stock up on witch hazel and prep H for after birth too... the pushing will likely cause more
