Is it time to stop breastfeeding? 😑

I tried asking this before and just got told that I'm not feeding her enough. Despite her Dr saying she's good.

My daughter will be 9 months next week. She only gets breastmilk (no formula). She does get solids as well. She gets her milk in bottles when I work (and when her daddy feeds her) and nurses with me (usually once a day). However, my supply keeps dropping.

My period came back 3-4 months ago and it dropped just for the week before. However I haven't had one now in like 6 weeks, and my supply never came back.

I'm starting to wonder if it's time to stop, as it's so stressful worrying if she's going to have enough.

I'm thinking of supplementing formula, not quitting altogether, but not sure if I should be trying harder at this.

I feel like I failed her 😔
