Pain and lump in my arm

So over a week ago, I got blood taken. 2 days after, my arm started hurting bad. I have a pretty high pain tolerance and when she took my blood, it hurt. The needle hurt and it never has before. I don't usually get blood taken on my left arm. It's almost always my right. The last time I got blood taken out of my left arm, the man that took it busted a blood vessel or something like that and it looked like this.(months ago) (Google pic) Anyway, for the past week, a little to the right of where I had my blood taken hurts very bad. It feel like a huge bruise is right there but there's nothing. But today, I noticed that when I run my fingers over the area, it feels like there's a bump inside of my arm I've never noticed before. I don't even have to touch it to make it hurt. It's like my whole entire arm is so damn sore and heavy feeling. But when I do touch it. Even a little bit, it is so damn painful. I can't even put my arm all the way on my husbands side when we are in bed. I can't stretch it out. The pic isn't tmi but it might gross some people out. That's why I did that.
