Irregular period

Hello, I have always had irregular periods since my first period when I was 13. It was always about 2-3 months late. When I got on birth control (nexplanon) implant when I was 17 around June. For the first couple months, my period was the same... 2-3 months late. Then a couple months later, in December is when I haven’t have gotten my period until September of the next year. Since then, I haven’t had my period at all. It’s been probably 190 days since my last period. Is that normal with the birth control implant or is there something seriously wrong? I am very worried.
