Copper IUD, tampons and heavy periods
I have the copper IUD and very heavy periods. Like I can bleed through a regular tampon in a hour/ hour and a half and even when I use super tampons I still leak a bit and need to wear a panty liner.
What are some good tampon brands? I’ve been using the same brand for years (U by Kotex). I tried tampax but the braid makes it uncomfortable for me.
