Should I trust opks with pcos?

MM • 30. Married. Pug mom. 👼🏻 7/14/20. 👶🏻 8/5/21 🌈

Ive heard it’s not accurate or reliable bc many woman with pcos can get false positives.

Meaning their hormones are imbalanced or either their bodies are trying to ovulate but not releasing the egg to fully implant.

I’ve tried BBT but that didn’t work for me.
