Still in awe, can someone pinch me?
We had three consecutive chemical pregnancies back to back to back. Finally doctors took me seriously and started to run tests. It turns out I have Hoshimoto’s disease, an autoimmune disease where your body attacks your thyroid. (Found this out after I became pregnant with current baby while on meds) I wasn’t producing enough thyroid hormone to support a pregnancy. I’m now on replacement thyroid hormones for probably the rest of my life, but I’ve got a healthy little baby who couldn’t stop moving today, so it’s totally worth it. I had an ultrasound today and I still can’t believe there is really a baby in there!
Every cramp makes me panic but seeing my active baby today and that little nose, I can’t stop smiling. Being a rainbow baby makes them just that much more precious. 🌈❤️
I wish all the rainbow mommas all the best.

Second photo is our announcement. I found both on Etsy for those who are interested.
