Weight loss ideas?
I’m 15 and I want to lose weight. I’m very athletic and I have a lot of muscle weight but I want to get rid of some belly fat. Does anyone have any tips? I’m a soccer goalie so I don’t run all the time so I kinda suck at it I have like a 9:25 mile . I tried a dance workout thing today it was fun but idk if it really was a workout.
