Regular baby stuff

Hey guys, I have a question, I just gave birth 2 months ago I’m breast feeding, but boobs have been so sore one more then the other, my period is 3 day’s late I don’t know if that has anything to do with it, and I’ve been having really bad head aches all day it just comes and goes my appetite dropped, I was eating soo much until last week,what should I do.

And FYI I don’t want to go to the hospital unless it’s something serious just because with covid19 our hospital are only allowing people who are really really sick?
