I know that term is considered 39-40 weeks but I’m just about to hit 39 and I’m 4 cm dilated and 60% effaced but absolutely no contractions and no Braxton-Hicks (that I’ve noticed). My doctor stripped my membranes yesterday and I’m not feeling anything at all. Of course baby will come when he’s ready but it seems like he’s pretty comfortable in there 😂😖

Any tips of what I can do? I’ve been bouncing on an exercise ball and walking a bit. I’m also a First time mom.
