Leap 7 milestones, are your babies doing these?

Question

My baby is super active and playful and loves watching how things move and work. However, I don't think he is showing any signs of these milestones at all except saying "yum" and repeating a game. I am a SAHM and feel like i spend tons of time working with my baby, but maybe i need to do more? 
Are your babies close to these?

I think the talking in a telephone receiver is a little outdated. I can count on one hand the amount of times my daughter has seen me actually talk on my cellphone and we don't even have a house phone. 
As far as the rest, my daughter will imitate peek a boo, and clapping/waving. If I gave her my pots and pans she'd probably try to imitate that as well. 
The puzzle one seems fairly advanced for this age, but I could be wrong.
She does put her arms up when I say it, but that's a very new skill she's learned in the last couple weeks. 
She's starting to say "mmmmm" when she eats, but it's not consistent. 
She points at things, but I don't know if she's looking for me to tell her what the name of an item is versus just her wanting that item.

I always thought my son was super advanced as he started walking by 8 months but looking at this list maybe not so much. He claps, points, and bangs spoons on stuff but doesnt say yum or raises his arms when asked. When I push him in a swing and say weeee he says it back sometimes. I haven't really tried any puzzles but he can put a small ball in the hole of his activity table and has started to try to put the rings on the stick toy.

My boy says yum yum  and mmmm when he eats and he copies me when I do certain things like when I'm baking i give him a whisk and say "stir it up!" and he will sometimes do it.

Hmmm at first I was thinking no not at all but when I look closer at the list I think he does a bit. He says mmmmmm between bites, raises his arms when I reach for him and say come here (but not just verbally asking), and he’s learning to wave if that counts as repeating a game. Some of these seem very advanced though! Maybe my babe hasn’t quite hit leap 7
