Frustrated

Hey ladies idk what to do. So I am taking Clomid 50 mg from CD 5-10. Then I need to take Progesterone after I ovulate. Now I'm having this problem that due to COVID 19 the Ministry here is not allowing monitoring for medicated cycles only IUIor IVF. I didn't ovulate last cycle until 4 days after my positive opk (as per transvaginal ultrasounds I did every other day). How am I supposed to know when to take Progesterone if I don't know when I ovulate since opks don't work for me? When I asked the nurse she said Progesterone won't stop me from ovulating if I do take it early (accidentally), it's just meant to increase the lining of my uterus and lengthen my luteal phase. Is what she saying true? Is that okay? Can I still take it early and have everything be okay? This is so stressful and idk what do to.
