Will implantation bleeding happen in each pregnancy?

I have been pregnant twice (no babies yet😢) but each time I’ve had implantation spotting. I’m 4dpt and I’m worried if I don’t see spotting that It didn’t take. I’m sure everyone pregnancy is different but the fact that I was pregnant twice and had It both times makes me think I should. Thanks!!

No, unexplained bleeding during early pregnancy (commonly referred to as “implantation bleeding” but not caused by implantation) is “common” enough to be noticed, but truthfully rather rare. Only about 10-15% of pregnancies will have early bleeding. 
Most of the time, bleeding is indicative of an approaching period, not pregnancy.

5 pregnancies - 2 chemical, 2 MC and 1 with twins where I lost one around 7 weeks but the other is healthy and now 5 months old - implantation bleeding 2x and on again/off again spotting from week 5-7 with the twin pregnancy
