Is this good?
174g net carbs, 64g fat, 119g protein and 1984 calories
I'm new to this and the internet confuses me. I want to eat the proper amour, but I dont know if this is right. Im 118lbs and trying to get up to 130, but with muscle mass, not fat. I put a 3% calorie surplus instead of 10 because that would be over 2000 and that's just a lot for me. I know with only 3% it'll take me a long time, but this is what I'm starting at
