I have a ball by my vagina

Ok so this is kinda weird so over the past 3 days I’ve noticed I have a bump on the inside of my right hip. It’s about the size of a penny. It’s in the inside of my legs like where you have a bone originally I thought it was my bone and that I had just messed something up. But it was sore it feels like something squishy. I don’t think its a pimple since it isn’t like a pimple pain. It’s more like a bruise pain. I don’t want to go to the doctors because it’s weird and it feels better I just want to here some opinions
