Who has used the soft cup method?!

Looking for suggestions! My intended ovulation day this month is falling on a Saturday/Sunday. But worried I may ovulate on a Monday when I have to work. Has anybody used the soft cup method and went about their work day with the soft cup in?!
**I am using donor sperm for at home insemenation FYI**

It’s unnecessary. The fastest and strongest swimmers are up into the cervix within seconds of ejaculation. Using a soft cup won’t increase your chances at all.

You want the sperm ready and waiting so if you’re going to ovulate Monday then you’d be fine to inseminate Sunday.

I do! Just bc it doesn’t bother me at all and it’s not uncomfortable.this is our 2nd month using them. I have seen so many stories of how women get pregnant and using them, maybe it works maybe not but why not try
