COULD BE POSSIBLE TRIGGER

I know your not dr. I did put a call out and an email to my dr. But I am so confused and you guys are great at support this morning I did my first morning pee and when I looked in the toilet I passed something with out blood so I scooped it out and took pictures(photo will be in comments) well to top it all off I am still a week late for my period but cramping like my period is coming as well as tugging and pulling feeling. Any ways I am freaking out what this could be any thoughts
