About how long did it take for the cramps to go away after insertion. I got my Mirena in Wednesday and I’ve feel like crap ever since. Yesterday I felt okay for the most part but I woke up today cramping like no other. I’ve been taking a combination of Midol and Advil. Right now I feel sick though, my cramps hurt so bad and I feel hot.
