Pregnant on the pill???

So I’ve started the birth control Diane 35 three months ago to clear my acne again right before and during the first month I’ve had sex with a condom but the condom wasn’t in tip top shape the first two month I’ve had the worst breast pain ever and that a first for me because I’ve bin a few birth controls over the years and this is my second time in Diane but the first I’ve had this. During the 3rd month the breast pain died down a lot and I notice cramping like sensation in my lower abdomen along with increase in hunger and cravings and am still unsure about my discharge because everything I jus chalk up to the birth control. Should I be worried or just leave it as the birth control ???
