Ever since my IUD came out at the end of January I've had weird cycles. They were pretty short (3-3.5 weeks) but pretty regular. This last cycle was longer than the others and I thought maybe I was starting to even back out to my old norm of 28 days. After my period (which was shorter and lighter than usual) ended, I had eggwhite CM with spotting 2 days later. Now 5 days later I'm kinda crampy and I checked my cervix and it's low and open. Any ideas what is going on in there?
