Wondering if it’s just a Clogged milk duct or mastitis? My body is so sore all of the sudden and my boob is so achey. LO still nurses on demand so I’m not sure why this is happening. Any tips? Please!

So I actually just had a clogged duct finally go away yesterday. Started Sunday it was just achy, hurt to touch, hurt to nurse. Then yesterday i saw that I had a white “blister” on my nipple. I had to bear through it and get it off. Once I did, milk started coming out when I pressed the area. Shortly after once baby ate I could feel it going away. Today doesn’t hurt at all. Like you, my lo nurses on demand so i didn’t know why I would have a clogged duct but I found out that I switched bras and the new one was tighter than it should’ve been and I’m thinking that’s what caused it. 
But I didn’t have chills or redness so you might want to get checked for mastitis!

When I had a clogged duct, it felt my like someone kicked me in the boob! Like I had a big bruise. I also felt a like I had a sickness coming over me. I did hot compresses and massaged the spot with the end of an electric tooth brush and pumped, pumped, pumped. You’ll know when you unclog it. It is immediate relief! Your boob will still be sore for a few days after though.
