I had a csection on 5/11/2020 and towards the end of surgery I had started having right shoulder pain. They told me it was normal and would go away..which it did for a few days.

However once I stopped taking pain meds, the pain came back.

Yesterday I could barely hold my son on my right side without extreme discomfort or lay down without major pain that caused me to sleep in my (very comfy) glider chair.

My husband tried massaging it but it did not help at all. Neither has trying to stretch my neck or roll my shoulders to loosen up.

Has this happened to anyone else? I’m going to call my OB but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this and has a solution?
