Heart beat

Does anyone else randomly feel their heart in their throat/high in their chest?

It doesn’t seem like it gets that much faster but just feels strange for about 30 seconds.

I mentioned to my dr and she said that it’s because my heart is working overtime to get all the excess blood around my body. My BP has been good and low every appointment so no worries about preeclampsia.
