I always have terrible acid reflux throughout my entire pregnancies. Most over the counter meds like Prilosec are safe. Just ask your doctor what they recommend.

So it’s freaking nasty. But helps me soooooo much.
I call it my heartburn shots. 😂😂 
But I use mylanta. It’s thick, chalky, and stops my heartburn in about 5 minutes. I have a bottle in my car, in my bathroom and. I’m my purse. 😂🙈  Heartburn in a bitch.

The only thing that works for me is drinking milk! It’s weird bc pre pregnancy, milk never worked for me.
