Best face lotion for face rash on a 18 month old
My little one has been suffering from a face rash that is red with several bumps for a long time / any one have any suggestions on what I can put on his face .
I thinks he has eczema
I tried Vaseline, steroid cream prescribed by doctors , oatmeal creams and nothing has worked
