Woke up grunting???

Sooo, i was dozing off and sudden jumped out of my sleep and made a geunting noise..like a snort...im on google and of course now i think i uave sleep apnea 🥴 have anybody ever experienced this..im also taking zoloft for ppd..i doubt that has anything to do with it
