Woke up grunting???

Question

Sooo, i was dozing off and sudden jumped out of my sleep and made a geunting noise..like a snort...im on google and of course now i think i uave sleep apnea 🥴 have anybody ever experienced this..im also taking zoloft for ppd..i doubt that has anything to do with it

You could have just been laying funny and it caused you to snore and wake yourself up from discomfort because of the position. You also could just be someone who snores and woke up from a dream possibly that started you and you heard the ending snore. It shouldn't be much to worry about.

I have sleep apnea but because of covid have yet to go in for the required studies to get the breathing machine or mouth guard. 
What I do recommend is trying to note the position you were in when you woke up. On your back could mean sleep apnea. Using some extra pillows and occasionally a couch cushion I made myself a barrier to keep me from rolling onto my back while sleeping. Helped me sleep through the night, hope it helps you. 
Mine also started out occasionally them became more frequent. And when I called my doctor waking up to pee in the night is also a sign of it along with waking up and still feeling tired.
