Pregnancy after mc

I am around 5 w 2 days. I had hcg test on Friday and it is only 186. I know it only matters if it doubles, which I am not able to get my second test until Tuesday. How do you keep yourself from going insane waiting? I have had 2 mc and 1 chemical and All I want is a healthy pregnancy/ baby
