Has anyone experienced this? (Trying to stay positive)

So all together I’ve taken 7 hpt, 4 were Early pregnancy test and the other 3 were just regular...out of the 7 I got 2 positives and I’ve missed my period I’m been feeling nauseous and I haven’t had an appetite...going for a blood test tomorrow morning 🙏🏾🤞🏾because I tested again this morning and (-). The 2 positives were taken 3/4 day into my missed period.

Symptoms:

Missed period

Nausea 🤢

Diarrhea 😬

No appetite 😷

Lower abdomen pressure.
