Best age gap between kids?

I’m a ftm my baby is 8 months old. Trying to think about at what age would be the best to start trying for our 2nd baby. Any opinions of what you think the best age gap is? Closer or further apart?

My moms advice was to have your first be potty trained before the second shows up so you’re doing 8000 diapers a day. 😅

How many do you want and how old are you? I would ideally have liked 3 years or so apart but 1) I’m 33 and 2) I gained a TON of weight and I want my damn body back. We may want 3 (I fo, my husband did but has been sorta second guessing that lately). So we started trying when our daughter was 10 months old or so, and our next is due two weeks before our daughter’s second birthday. 
We did potty train a couple of months ago and I am VERY grateful for that.

Depends. I got pregnant 2 years after my first and since my breastfeeding goal was 2 years it was perfect. I was already weaning when I got pregnant and my daughter was older and required less care and starting to potty train. The almost 3 year age gap is perfect for our family. Currently I’m 34 weeks pregnant with the third and there will be an almost 4 year and 6 year gap between my older kids. My almost 4 year old is a HANDFUL and honestly I wouldn’t have been able to have a pregnancy any earlier. We nursed until she was almost 3 years old and she is really attached and was much older and harder to potty train. For me I like the larger gap because the kids can help out more and I feel like each one gets more of my “special” attention for longer.

I like them close in age! Our oldest will be 6 July 26, our middle son will be 4 June 10th, and our youngest is 5 months

My daughter will be 2y 9m when my 2nd is born. I would have preferred it to be closer to a 2y age gap but I still think 2-3year is nice.

I love them being close 🤷🏽‍♀️ my oldest will be 5 September 1 , my daughter will be 4 July 16 , my son will be 2 October 4 & this lil girl will be born oct 17 .
