Slow rising hcg?

Has anybody else had hcg rising in the 35-40% range? How did things go for you if you did?

Had my first ultrasound and draw on Monday. Saw the sac but no fetal pole and hcg level of 27781. Wasn’t sure on the gestational age because my cycle has been super off since returning after baby #1. LMP would estimate 6w1d but ovulation would be 5w5d. Wednesday hcg draw was 38646 and Friday hcg draw was 52522. Based on everything I read— it sounds like should be preparing myself for the worst when I go to the dr tomorrow for a follow up ultrasound...
