Braxton Hicks at 18 weeks?

Any other mommas already experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions? I’m currently 18 weeks with baby #3. I’ve experienced Braxton Hicks with my previous 2 pregnancies so I know that is exactly what I am having however I don’t remember having them this early in my pregnancy. It was usually 30 weeks+. Feeling a little concerned since I’m so early on and how consistently I’ve been having them the last 3 days and how intense they are. It woke me up out of a dead sleep last night screaming and crying. The pain level was equivalent to when I gave birth to my oldest naturally.
