BV and bleeding

I get reoccurring BV and sometimes I’ll start bleeding because of the irritation. I use boric acid and metro gel on and off to treat the BV but with the bleeding I’m not sure which one is better to use. Does anyone else deal with this and how do you fix it? I’m calling my gynecologist tomorrow but it’s always a trip back to the doctor. I tend to sometimes bleed after sex as well due to sensitive vaginal tissue and cervix. It’s very tiring and annoying 😭 any suggestions would be lovely ❤️
