I didn’t get my big rise, did I ovulate?

I think I ovulated on the dip as I was getting hot flushes, cramps and nauseous, I checked my temp today and it didn’t rise, currently CD19 today. Cervix is high and open as well!

Answer

Your rise comes after ovulation. It can be delayed by as much as 2-4 days. That’s why bbt can only tell you after ovulation is already over.
It’s too early to tell anything from this graph. You’ll have to wait a few days and see if your temp rises to corroborate ovulation. You need 3+ days of temps that are all higher than the previous 6 temps in order to confirm ovulation.
