Hey ladies this is the midwives brew update
I took the midwives brew at (9:04) it is now 10:50 ! Contractions are picking up ! Just got out the tub to soothe them but that is not working I believe this is it ! Here’s the contractions that are current at the moment nothing I can’t talk through but I can’t walk through them either 😕 so we will see !!
