Could I be pregnant? And it be too early for a test??

I’m not supposed to get my period until the 11th of June and I started spotting on the 31st of May. It was super bright red. Kinda pink. I never spot before my period which is making me think this could be implantation bleeding? It was super light and on and off for 3 days. Then it stopped... woke up this morning to the worst cramps. I was curled up in a ball crying it was so bad. Started bleeding again as well but it’s not as heavy as my period usually is when I first start... and it’s still super bright compared to how it usually colored. My breasts have been absolutely killing me as well. I took a test this morning but it was negative. I’m thinking it’s still too early to get an accurate test.
