A strong core can save us from injury, back pain and help with maintaining proper posture.
A strong core can save us from injury, back pain and help with maintaining proper posture. It’s the glue that holds us together. In the past I used to think that flying through core exercises was proof you had a strong core but in reality the sloooooooower more controlled movements are what really makes you work!
Post workout recovery is just as important as the workout itself. Remember to stretch & refuel your body. After workouts I drink my BCAAs to minimize muscle soreness and recently I started using @vitalproteins recovery powder. In addition to hydration + replenishing lost electrolytes their products also contain collagen. Collagen is the vital building block of our bodies including skin, hair, nails, bones and joints. Our bodies cannot synthesize enough collagen on their own and our diets today barely contain it. Not to mention I’m allllllll about supporting hair growth while combating postpartum hair loss.
