Anybody??
Have anyone taken Brazil nuts and it made you bleed more(longer) during af? My period is normally 4days (TMI) id bleed for three days by day four I’m clearing up, but this cycle it’s been a very light period no clots at all and I’m on day 5 and still having like bloody discharge but it’s very light. Can the nuts be the cause of this ?
Also af ended today and I’m slightly cramping
