My sister is having REALLY BAD cramps. Any remedies?

It’s literally 5 AM where I am, my little sister just woke me up saying she feels like she’s going to throw up. Her stomach is really hurting, not entirely sure if it’s just cramps but she definitely has more painful periods than I’ve ever had. She started yesterday, but she tells me the pain is so bad she can’t sleep. Before anyone asks it’s definitely not pregnancy LMAO. Any remedies or suggestions? I had her take aspirin.

Hearing pack for sure. If u don’t have one on hand you can heat up some tortillas in a plastic bag in the microwave then wrap a shirt around it n place it above the cramping area. U can also reheat them to reuse them. A little ghetto fabulous but trust me it works. Lol

Maybe a nice warm bath to relax or even a hot pad on the belly I hope she feels better, try putting a pillow in between her legs to try getting it a little less discomfort

Put your feet up on a wall, use a heating pad, eat a banana, and take Advil or Benadryl. It all ways helps me. And if it is really bad my cousin went on birth control to help with the cramps.

Heating pads,  Hott bath drink water being dehydrated will make cramps worse and take some Motrin! Motrin helps decrease the inflammation.
