I think I have a uti and it’s spread to my kidneys but I’m not 100% sure , I’m only 15 and I’m really scared to talk to my mum about it as I think I need to go to the doctors , can anyone help or tell me what you think I have
My symptoms are:
Peeing more than usual
Smelly pee
Little bits of pee coming out
Lower stomach pains
