I’m 20 weeks pregnant and last night I sneezed
I’m at 20 weeks. Last night I was laying on my back and all of a sudden I had the biggest sneeze.
I was in so much pain for 30 seconds after down the sides of my tummy. I ended up rolling into the feral position for a bit.
I can feel baby moving again tonight but I’m so scared I might have hurt them.
Can the pressure from sneezing hurt the baby?
