Rash on my daughters face

Does this look familiar to anybody? She has this under her lips and under her eye on the same side of her face. I don’t necessarily think it’s contact dermatitis because usually when this happens, it’s all around her mouth. This is the first time it happened by her eye and on only one side of her mouth. Could it be atopic dermatitis? Anyone else have this? What is the trigger?
