Excessive bleeding after?

Hi! I had an HSG done last week and then a sonohysterogram the day after. The following days I had extreme cramping and pain, and lots of bleeding. So I called my doctor and she did bloodwork and examined me. She can’t figure out why its happening, could be trauma or maybe an infection brewing but she really didn’t know. She prescribed me antibiotics just in case. Well it only got worse after the examination, not sure if it just added to irritation or what.

It slowed down overnight and she called me when I woke up and said I was doing better. Of course after the phone call, I’m starting to excessively bleed again with pain even though she said my lining is very thin and there’s nothing much to shed. I’m worried I’m bleeding too much but I don’t wanna call my doctor again cuz I feel like I’m overreacting? But I’m also worried I might not be overreacting and I don’t know what to do. I’m literally stuck in bed with a heating pad the last few days. I don’t know what to do 🥺
