Is is normal ??

Is it normal for a 3 week old to cry anytime he’s awake? I’m really starting to struggle. I’m very stressed out because I worry something is wrong with my baby. If he isn’t sleeping or drinking his bottle he is crying. He is fed pumped breast milk in a bottle. I obviously know babies cry but I just can’t help but feel like something is just off. He sleeps great, but the second his eyes open he is screaming to be fed, I mean doesn’t even give one minute before crying. He does fine when taking the bottle and only fusses during it sometimes for a second or two and then I change him and he screams and then just cries until he is rocked back to sleep. He cries if he is put down in a Swing , or a boppy. Cries even when holding him most of the time unless you are bouncing him and patting his butt. I read colic doesn’t start until 4-6 weeks. He has been like this really since the 3rd day after he was born. I’m just really upset about it because it just feels like I’m doing something wrong and it hurts my soul when he cries. I have thought about going to the pediatrician but I’m not even sure what to say when they ask for a reason for the appointment other than um he cries all the time while awake.
